To make your work easier and more interesting to read, try colour coding your work into sections, for example in physics, you could split up how heat energy transfers into conduction, convection and radiation.

You can also try making your revision into an activity or a game to make it more interactive, this is especially good for kinaesthetic learners as it is turning reading into doing.
